1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Aimsoft Technologies. By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Our services are provided for your personal and business use. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The services and all of its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aimsoft Technologies and its licensors. The services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Aimsoft Technologies.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our services. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the services and for any activities or actions under your password.

5. Service Agreement and Payment Terms

For software development and IT services:

• All project terms, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW)
• Payment terms will be specified in the SOW and must be adhered to
• Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments
• All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the SOW

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical data, customer information, and any other information marked as confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aimsoft Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the services is at your sole risk. The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Durg, Chhattisgarh, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
